About Me
Welcome to my classroom! My name is Kathleen Barragan, and I have been an online tutor for over three years. As an advanced certified tutor specializing in literacy (reading, writing, spelling, grammar, and comprehension) and executive function coaching, I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential. I LOVE my job, and there is nothing more rewarding than watching a student realize that they finally “get it”!
My teaching philosophy centers around encouragement and structured learning, fostering an environment where every student can thrive. I believe that confidence is the cornerstone of successful learning. When students believe they can succeed, they will flourish within the framework of structured lessons.
